As we try deal with the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the impact of the Coronavirus during the coming weeks and months, we would like to take this opportunity and update you on the measures we have taken to ensure we continue supporting our customers in during these challenging times.

We are continuously monitoring the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus and will make every effort to ensure the safety of our employees and contractors.

We are following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and all relevant authorities for country-specific requirements to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable.

Your dedicated local Property Managers will continue to be available as normal to assist you with any queries; however we will be postponing home visits as an extra precautionary measure until further notice.

In the interest of health & safety we are asking all our clients to inform us if they are self-isolating or displaying any symptoms so that we can update our systems.

We are also asking any of our employees who display symptoms to self-isolate. The employees who are self-isolating will still be contactable during that time and our office will remain open as normal should you require further assistance. Should we need to close the office in the future we are making provisions for our staff to work at home and to continue with our service as best as possible to our customers. We will update you should this change at any point.

Compliance certificates (such as Gas Checks) your safety is our priority so it is appreciated you can let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to allow access to your property for any compliance checks due to self-isolating.

Emergency repairs we will continue our normal procedure with these repairs however if a tenant is self-isolating we may have to put in certain measures to complete these repairs via an alternative method.

General repairs we will continue as best as possible to carry on with normal procedures for these areas however we envisage that these areas may get impacted with delays due to tenants and contractors self-isolating.

Your safety as well as the safety of our team members are our highest priority. Our actions demonstrate a firm commitment to deploying appropriate resources to help maintain a healthy environment for our customers and team members.

We are continuously monitoring the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus and will make every effort to ensure the safety of all of our internal and external customers.

We are following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and all relevant authorities for country-specific requirements to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable.

In the interest of health & safety we are asking all our tenants to inform us if they are self-isolating or displaying any symptoms we will keep a record of this and share with relevant parties where necessary e.g you our landlords or contractors who may be due to, or have recently entered a property.

We are also asking any of our employees who display symptoms to self-isolate. The employees who are self-isolating will still be contactable during that time and our office will remain open as normal should you require further assistance. Should we need to close the office in the future we are making provisions for our staff to work at home and to continue with our service as best as possible to our customers. We will update you should this change at any point.

Your property manager will be contacting your tenants via telephone and will update you where possible on any matters that may affect your property.

Compliance and Maintenance Repairs

Compliance certificates (such as Gas Checks) and your tenants safety is our priority, we will be asking all tenants to let us know as soon as possible if they are unable to allow access to your property for due to self-isolating. We will share this information with our/your contractors and hold on our records. Following any such period of isolation, we will (subject to contractor’s availability), attempt to revisit and complete relevant compliance safety checks.

We appreciate some customers wish to complete works themselves and not utilise contractors however, in the event you the landlord are self–isolating we may need to issue works to our/your approved contractors on your behalf. We will prioritise compliance and health and safety works and will endeavour to seek your authorisation for these works in advance.

If you are due to or required to attend your property please ensure you ask all tenants prior to entering whether they or anyone in their household have any symptoms of Covid-19, whether they have been in contact with anyone with the symptoms of Covid-19 or whether they have been advised to self-isolate. If any of these scenarios apply, the visit will need to be rescheduled and we ask that you update our staff with this information.
