How to make a complaint
Before you submit a complaint form please check the following:
Have you told your tenancy manager about this issue?
Have you allowed at least 10 days for the team to respond to your request?
All complaints should be addressed in the first instance to the member of staff responsible for the service about which you are complaining, to allow them to respond to the issue. However, if you feel dissatisfied with their response or are unhappy with the proposed resolution, you can complain about any aspect of our service by phone, letter, email or in person.
If you want to complain in person, either contact your nearest office in advance to arrange an appointment (to allow us to match your complaint to the most suitable member of staff) or come into the office where someone can talk to you and register your complaint.
