Malcolm has worked in Property Consultancy for over 24 years, following qualification with West End Firms, he joined a multi disciplinary Surrey Practice and helped expand its services to include Project Management, Architecture and Mechanical and Electrical divisions, after 11 years he left to set up his own Practice which he ran for 10 years, undertaking Building Surveying and Project Management work across the commercial sector.
In April 2010 he merged his business with Campsie and became Managing Director, his wish is that Campsie build on its reputation to provide excellent property advice across the Thames Valley, and introduce our Sales Offices into new locations.
Angela O’Mahony
Group Head of Lettings
Working with Orchard & Shipman for over 14 years Angela has developed her commercial knowledge of the residential lettings market. During this time she has been fundamental to developing the values of responsible sales and long term client relationships.
Angela is responsible for manufacturing marketable lettings portfolios across the UK. Angela continues to stay at the forefront of complex legislative and regulatory changes and is actively involved in new scheme start-ups.
Ciaran O’Shea
Group Head of New Business
Ciaran has over 15 years experience in construction and social housing. Through his career he has worked in procurement, cost management, project management and sales & marketing.
Ciaran joined the group in 2009 as Group Head of New Business; his primary role is to secure new business for the group, and to take a lead in contract mobilisation as well as relationship management.
Duncan McConville
Business Improvement Manager
Duncan’s background in IT and systems has predominantly been in social housing, working within local authorities, housing associations and private sector organisations over the last 10 years. Duncan also spent 2 years working in the banking sector for a large international bank.
Duncan joined Orchard & Shipman in 2008 and is responsible for the BSI accredited Quality Management System of continuous improvement as well as developing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.
