People are at the heart of Orchard & Shipman’s organisation and all of our staff have been selected and developed for their commitment to customers, clients and the communities in which we work.

Our teams are managed by professionals drawn from throughout the public & private sectors with proven track records in managing customer service provision, from housing, maintenance and property operation background.

It is this selection process and our people that give our clients and our potential clients the assurance and peace of mind that comes from working with Orchard & Shipman.

The Executive Team, Group Board and Management Team

The day to day operation of Orchard & Shipman is managed by the Group Chief Executive, John Taylor and the Executive group who work with him. Orchard & Shipman’s Executive Group reports to the Group Board, a professional collective who ensure that the organisation is working correctly. Our Group Chairman is Nick Medhurst.

Our Management team are responsible for the delivery of our services to our clients and customers. Our Management team are based at various locations nationwide and are the very heart of our service managing front line services, interacting with customers and our client teams, and working collaboratively with our Executive Director are all key stakeholders to deliver the highest possible service to our customers.
