Landlords from across London and the South East gathered at a conference organised by the Residential Landlords Association and Unipol, to hear from experts at Orchard & Shipman plc about the opportunities for profitably letting properties in a changing environment.
With continued instability within the property market together with government cuts to welfare and benefits, arguably the lettings market and the role of the private landlord is changing. In addressing these changes, Ciaran O’Shea, Group New Business Manager for Orchard & Shipman delivered a presentation showing landlords how to identify and manage the associated risks whilst maximising their investment.
