Orchard & Shipman

Orchard & Shipman is one of just two private sector providers accredited by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) and Homes & Communities Agency (HCA). Orchard & Shipman has received full accreditation under the Housing Management Accreditation Scheme to deliver management services for Rent & Low Cost Home Ownership (LCHO) properties funded under Section 27a Housing Act 1996.

In order to achieve this we had to:

Provide a detailed application
Pass extensive policy and procedural quality checks
Successfully complete site visits and operational tests
Demonstrate strong financial and governance structures
Directly regulated by the Tenant Services Authority

What does this accreditation mean for me?:

Proven quality systems, processes and procedures
Sufficient customer focus and tenant ethos on a par with Public Sector organisations
Orchard & Shipman can provide housing management services to any public sector organisation

We’ve also been awarded ISO 9001 accreditation by the British Standards Institute (BSI), and are currently undergoing Investors in People accreditation. Other accreditations include:
