As well as saying goodbye to agency fees you won’t have to pay rental insurance or inventory fees. So, apart from usual costs for repairs and maintenance, you keep 100% of the rent – guaranteed every month. At the end of the lease period we will pay for any dilapidation costs – except for fair ‘wear and tear’ and subject to the terms and conditions of the lease.

How do I apply for the scheme?

We will arrange to visit your property with you to explain the scheme in more detail. We will advise you of any work that needs doing to bring your property in line with scheme standards. You can arrange for this work to be carried out - or our contractors can do it on your behalf (at your cost). We will agree a date for your property to be available and as soon as your property is ready you can sign the Lease Agreement. The lease will start on the day our tenant moves into your property or 14 days after you sign the Lease Agreement, whichever is sooner.
