Orchard & Shipman is the largest private sector company providing temporary and settled housing solutions to local authorities; and, with contracts in London and Scotland, is the only company providing these services on a national basis.

We are one of only two companies accredited by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) for the management of temporary housing, and have long been at the forefront of this industry.   During 2009, we have also attained ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, as assessed by the British Standards Institution.

We have been cited by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Scottish Government, as examplars of good practice. We are committed to a partnership approach with all our clients and appreciate that our services need to be custom designed to meet the varying needs of our individual clients.
