An opportunity has arisen to join the Acquisitions team providing support in the acquisition of property for our customers. You will have the ability to prioritise and reprioritise work independently to cope with service demands and provide outstanding service levels to the Acquisitions team, Councils, Landlords and Tenants. You will need to have an understanding of policies in relation to the Head Lease and be able to provide advice and guidance to Landlords on leasing/acquisition issues. You will be required to respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone and letter and provide full administrative support and diary management to the Acquisitions team on a day to day basis.

A position has arisen for a Tenancy Sustainment Manager within Orchard & Shipman, Scotland. Working as part of the Property Management team you will show a solid track record in general Property Management within the social housing sector, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to effectively implement and manage policy and procedures within a Tenancy Sustainment team.
In particular lead a specialist team who investigate all reports of nuisance, harassment or anti-social behaviour made by tenants, residents, landlords or members of the public and identify the appropriate action to be taken in accordance with Orchard and Shipman’s policy and procedure to resolve the complaint. coordinate Orchard and Shipman’s strategic response to managing anti-social behaviour, in consultation with all relevant stakeholders across all local authority areas with whom Orchard and Shipman partner. Develop Orchard and Shipman’s ASB reduction strategies, policies, procedures through a process of continual improvement, initiative based projects and community liaison.

We are in need of an Accounts Assistant to assist in all aspects of the Sales & Purchase Ledger administration, ensuring that all tenant, landlord and contractor accounts are fully maintained. You will be responsible for the daily input of computer records of tenant entitlements for the forthcoming week, the daily allocation of bank statement/payment card transactions, the creation of statements on ongoing tenant rents and other tenant receipts and provide accurate and meaningful accounts to other internal departments.
You will need to have a “can do attitude”, be confidently IT literate and have experience within sales/purchase ledger and or credit collection.

A vacancy has arisen for a Property Inspector to provide an inspection and surveying service within an allocated group of properties and /or within a team that ensures that properties are acquired to standard, maintained and are fit for re-let or hand back. You will need a technical qualification to HNC level or 2 years maintenance surveying experience along side a good level of knowledge Health & Safety, CDM, Gas safety regulations and the law on disrepair.
